Magical Mustang:

Join my retreat in the medieval village, Kagebeni, explore Buddhist culture and visit pilgrim sites!

Join me for a trip to my favourite place in Nepal, a trip far beyond the usual, to a place where time has almost stood still, where the medieval lifestyle still takes place within this other- worldly landscapes. Nestled between 7-8000 meters peaks on either side, Kagebeni forms a green oasis abundant with pink buckwheat fields and apple orchards. Our base here is the Red House, traditional, but fully renovated, famous for its ancient larger -than- life Buddha statue.

The trip combines yoga with cultural exploration as we find ourselves in a land loaded with myths and stories, where pilgrims stream to the holy waters of Muktinath and tourists try their luck at the 5416 meters Thorung la pass. Here you will meet pilgrims from India, Tibet and Nepal, mixed with trekkers, horse caravans and goat herds.
